Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute software version upgrades and new release deployments
  • Manage SLAM-based maps and configure site-specific parameters for optimal robot performance
  • Track and analyze support requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience
  • Strong understanding of ROS, Python and/or C++ coding, and Linux environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to emergencies
