Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to US customers on the DigiCert One platform for all certificate lifecycle products via phone and email
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Contribute to the DigiCert Knowledge Base and document trends in customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree in IT, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of PKI certificates and working knowledge of REST APIs
- Industry-related certificates are a plus (Security +, MSCE)
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
