Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to US customers on the DigiCert One platform for all certificate lifecycle products via phone and email
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Contribute to the DigiCert Knowledge Base and document trends in customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year degree in IT, related technical degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical support
  • Knowledge of PKI certificates and working knowledge of REST APIs
  • Industry-related certificates are a plus (Security +, MSCE)
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively
