Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who can effectively identify and debug technical customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, modify, and maintain libraries for interfacing with products and APIs
  • Keep documentation updated with evolving products and customer inquiries
  • Serve as a technical expert in MEV, Solana, and company systems
Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Git, Rust, Python, Typescript/Javascript, and other modern languages
  • Experience with database technologies such as Clickhouse and SQL
  • Able to navigate and understand Rust code
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing competing priorities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
