Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Oracle).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide post-launch technical support, including troubleshooting and user training
• Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with the development team for complex issue resolution
• Create operational documentation and optimize support processes to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of technical support or operations experience
• Familiarity with Java applications and databases
• Proficient in Linux commands and capable of independent log analysis and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of basic operations and experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
