Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - Software to provide hardware and software support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the company's IoT product portfolio and provide technical troubleshooting for customer issues
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and maintain documentation for knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to reproduce bugs and provide feedback for product improvements
Required Qualifications
- B.S. or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in support, engineering, or other technical roles
- Strong familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce
- Technical knowledge of SaaS systems and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
