Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide CAD technical support to external customers in a post-sales capacity
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in SOLIDWORKS applications
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail to resolve installation and usage issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and experience with 3D CAD applications such as Inventor or Creo
- Experience working in parts, assemblies, and drawings in a CAD environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems & MS Office products
- Experience with TCP/IP troubleshooting is a plus
