Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide CAD technical support to external customers in a post-sales capacity
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in SOLIDWORKS applications
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail to resolve installation and usage issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Strong proficiency in SOLIDWORKS and experience with 3D CAD applications such as Inventor or Creo
  • Experience working in parts, assemblies, and drawings in a CAD environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems & MS Office products
  • Experience with TCP/IP troubleshooting is a plus
