Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 1 (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt support for incidents raised by customers via the portal or phone
  • Monitor and respond to alarms for internal and customer systems
  • Fulfill service requests and perform ticket escalations to various IT teams
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years working in the Information Technology field
  • 1-2 years of Windows and/or Linux network administration experience
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience
  • Experience with Active Directory groups, users, and policies
  • Working knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter Administration
