Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 1 (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt support for incidents raised by customers via the portal or phone
- Monitor and respond to alarms for internal and customer systems
- Fulfill service requests and perform ticket escalations to various IT teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years working in the Information Technology field
- 1-2 years of Windows and/or Linux network administration experience
- 1-2 years of customer support experience
- Experience with Active Directory groups, users, and policies
- Working knowledge of VMware vSphere and vCenter Administration
