Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client support issues requiring technical analysis
  • Serve as a liaison between Support and Engineering for bug identification and resolution
  • Drive improvements to internal documentation and tooling for consistent issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years in technical support roles, preferably in senior or Tier II/III positions
  • Experience supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms or AI-based products
  • Expertise in troubleshooting RESTful APIs and cloud-based services
  • Familiarity with debugging tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
