Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client support issues requiring technical analysis
- Serve as a liaison between Support and Engineering for bug identification and resolution
- Drive improvements to internal documentation and tooling for consistent issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in technical support roles, preferably in senior or Tier II/III positions
- Experience supporting SaaS/PaaS platforms or AI-based products
- Expertise in troubleshooting RESTful APIs and cloud-based services
- Familiarity with debugging tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
