Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mentor support to Tier 2 agents on technical issues
  • Engage with product and engineering teams for bug identification and fixes
  • Conduct bug impact analysis and prepare detailed reports on technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of experience in project management activities
  • Thorough knowledge of project management and experience with project-level tasks
  • Previous experience with POS systems and advanced troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
