Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide mentor support to Tier 2 agents on technical issues
- Engage with product and engineering teams for bug identification and fixes
- Conduct bug impact analysis and prepare detailed reports on technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- One to three years of experience in project management activities
- Thorough knowledge of project management and experience with project-level tasks
- Previous experience with POS systems and advanced troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
