Job Summary
A company is looking for a Named Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical continuity for the customer's computer vision deployment
- Lead enablement sessions and maintain a shared customer knowledge base
- Diagnose complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
- Ability to diagnose issues across the full CV/ML pipeline
- Hands-on experience with edge devices like Nvidia Jetson or Raspberry Pi
- Experience in named-account support or Technical Account Manager roles is a plus
