Job Summary

A company is looking for a Named Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical continuity for the customer's computer vision deployment
  • Lead enablement sessions and maintain a shared customer knowledge base
  • Diagnose complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with Linux and networking fundamentals
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
  • Ability to diagnose issues across the full CV/ML pipeline
  • Hands-on experience with edge devices like Nvidia Jetson or Raspberry Pi
  • Experience in named-account support or Technical Account Manager roles is a plus
