Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to manage technical support for internal and customer portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and resolve customer tickets in a timely manner using ServiceNow and help desks
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to ensure stability of solutions and generate statistics on support tickets
- Assist with development efforts as part of the customer portal agile team and advise on areas affecting customer support
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of technical support experience for web and mobile applications
- Strong experience with ReactJS and Spring Boot development
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and SQL queries
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
