Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer responsible for supporting the definition, configuration, deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance of Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and integrate APS software applications supporting manufacturing and production planning processes
  • Assist in evaluating existing systems and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend technical enhancements
  • Provide first-line technical and reporting support during and after solution deployment, ensuring system stability and customer satisfaction


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • Experience or academic exposure to T-SQL, SQL-based reporting, and .NET development
  • U.S. citizenship and fluency in spoken and written English
  • Strong interest in technology, data analytics, and manufacturing operations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
