Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customers' technical issues
  • Participate in product/process improvement by identifying gaps and providing feedback
  • Assist in the implementation of readiness programs and mentor new engineers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience OR 3+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent
  • Experience with enrolling devices (Windows, MAC, iOS, Android) and setting up basic policies using Intune
  • Knowledge in managing and protecting organizational devices and apps
  • Experience ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations
  • Familiarity with integrating Intune with other Microsoft services
