Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customers' technical issues
- Participate in product/process improvement by identifying gaps and providing feedback
- Assist in the implementation of readiness programs and mentor new engineers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 1+ years of relevant experience OR 3+ years of relevant experience OR equivalent
- Experience with enrolling devices (Windows, MAC, iOS, Android) and setting up basic policies using Intune
- Knowledge in managing and protecting organizational devices and apps
- Experience ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations
- Familiarity with integrating Intune with other Microsoft services
