Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform data analysis to support issue diagnosis
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue escalation and resolution
  • Assist with data monitoring and provide frontline support coverage as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical support or application support roles
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data investigation
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with .NET-based applications and front-end technologies
  • Exposure to SaaS applications and healthcare environments is preferred but not required
