Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform data analysis to support issue diagnosis
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Assist with data monitoring and provide frontline support coverage as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in technical support or application support roles
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data investigation
- Basic troubleshooting experience with .NET-based applications and front-end technologies
- Exposure to SaaS applications and healthcare environments is preferred but not required
