Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support for government clients using their applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government customers, addressing technical questions and resolving initial software issues
  • Research and diagnose user-reported problems, assist with account management, and document incidents in the ticket tracking system
  • Communicate effectively with end users, escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support, and assist in monitoring application health


Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical support role
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting government-specific software
  • US Citizenship (non-dual) is required by government contract
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
