Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government customers, addressing technical questions and resolving initial software issues
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve user-reported problems while documenting incidents in the ticket tracking system
  • Assist users with account access issues and monitor the health of applications, escalating complex issues to the Tier 2 team
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical support role
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting government-specific software
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
  • US Citizenship (non-dual) is required by government contract
