Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication and expectations
  • Provide phone, email, and chat support to assigned accounts
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, escalating critical issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related technical field
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support and/or IT-related support
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows-based Desktop and Server OS
  • Proficient knowledge of Mac OS (preferred)
  • Strong dedication to customer care and team interaction skills
