Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Global Technical Support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical application support and training for civil engineering software
  • Produce training materials and serve as a liaison between users and the company
  • Gather user feedback and assist in software development and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
  • 1-5 years of experience in road, rail, and site design preferred
  • Prior experience with OpenRoads Designer, InRoads, GEOPAK, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil3D strongly preferred
  • Professional Engineer license is a bonus
  • English Language Proficiency
