Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Global Technical Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical application support and training for civil engineering software
- Produce training materials and serve as a liaison between users and the company
- Gather user feedback and assist in software development and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
- 1-5 years of experience in road, rail, and site design preferred
- Prior experience with OpenRoads Designer, InRoads, GEOPAK, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil3D strongly preferred
- Professional Engineer license is a bonus
- English Language Proficiency
