Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical field
  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support or IT support
  • Advanced experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and networking
  • Intermediate experience with UNIX/Linux, Azure/Entra ID, and AWS IAM
  • Experience with command-line interfaces and scripting languages
