Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platinum Support Engineer to assist customers with technical goals and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts, hosting calls to review tickets and projects
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Conduct weekly meetings and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of internal implementations and integrations such as DocuSign and APIs
  • Proficiency with the product upgrade process
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer (TSE1)
  • Understanding of internal teams and relationship-building skills
