Job Summary
A company is looking for a Platinum Support Engineer to assist customers with technical goals and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, hosting calls to review tickets and projects
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Conduct weekly meetings and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with accounts
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of internal implementations and integrations such as DocuSign and APIs
- Proficiency with the product upgrade process
- 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer (TSE1)
- Understanding of internal teams and relationship-building skills
