Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Web Experimentation & Feature Experimentation platform
- Troubleshoot customer issues via Zendesk and phone, maintaining ownership of tickets until resolution
- Contribute to the internal/external knowledge base and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a coding boot camp or obtained a CS degree, with development experience or technical product support experience
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity
- Proficient in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Able to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations
