Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Web Experimentation & Feature Experimentation platform
  • Troubleshoot customer issues via Zendesk and phone, maintaining ownership of tickets until resolution
  • Contribute to the internal/external knowledge base and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Graduated from a coding boot camp or obtained a CS degree, with development experience or technical product support experience
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical users
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and debugging JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Able to work independently and thrive in ambiguous situations
