Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Edtech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support queries and diagnose technical issues for schools and VAR partners
  • Provide technical guidance to VAR partners during deployment and contribute to knowledge resources
  • Liaise with various teams to resolve complex issues and identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or IT support
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
  • Familiarity with firewall and network configuration
  • Experience supporting ChromeOS, Android, iPad, and macOS devices
