Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, Edtech.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support queries from schools and VAR partners via various communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products, configurations, devices, and networks
- Provide technical guidance to VAR partners and contribute to documentation and training improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or IT support roles
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with firewall and network configuration
- Experience supporting various operating systems, including ChromeOS, Android, iPadOS, and macOS
