Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate, reproduce, and manage complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
- Engage the Engineering team for escalated issues and communicate effectively with customers
- Create detailed documentation of new issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers
- Proficient in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Helm Charts, and Terraform
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus
- Startup experience is preferred
