Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, investigate, reproduce, and manage complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
  • Engage the Engineering team for escalated issues and communicate effectively with customers
  • Create detailed documentation of new issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers
  • Proficient in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Helm Charts, and Terraform
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS EKS experience is a plus
  • Startup experience is preferred
