Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware on desktop systems
- Document technical issues and solutions for internal knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- 4-6 years of proven work experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with healthcare cybersecurity regulations and standards is a plus
