Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware on desktop systems
  • Document technical issues and solutions for internal knowledge base
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
  • 4-6 years of proven work experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with healthcare cybersecurity regulations and standards is a plus
