Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated technical partner for strategic enterprise customers, understanding their architecture and security needs
  • Manage complex technical investigations from initial signal to resolution, ensuring effective communication and coordination
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in technical support or technical account management, preferably in security environments
  • Deep understanding of AppSec principles and secure development lifecycle
  • Experience with observability tooling, with a preference for Coralogix
  • Experience in high-growth or venture-backed SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with AI, security, or emerging technologies
