Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategic Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated technical partner for strategic enterprise customers, understanding their architecture and security needs
- Manage complex technical investigations from initial signal to resolution, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or technical account management, preferably in security environments
- Deep understanding of AppSec principles and secure development lifecycle
- Experience with observability tooling, with a preference for Coralogix
- Experience in high-growth or venture-backed SaaS environments
- Familiarity with AI, security, or emerging technologies
