Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer L1.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for storage hardware and software products
- Monitor storage environments remotely and manage open tickets, ensuring timely updates to customers
- Develop customized solutions for customers and maintain positive relationships post-sale
Required Qualifications
- BS in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
- In-depth technical knowledge and problem analysis skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Preferred 4+ years of experience in technical support for storage or enterprise-level infrastructure products
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
