Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer L1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for storage hardware and software products
  • Monitor storage environments remotely and manage open tickets, ensuring timely updates to customers
  • Develop customized solutions for customers and maintain positive relationships post-sale
Required Qualifications
  • BS in a technical discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • In-depth technical knowledge and problem analysis skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Preferred 4+ years of experience in technical support for storage or enterprise-level infrastructure products
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
