Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I to provide advanced technical support for healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide self-directed support and resolution of technical issues for customers
  • Document detailed information about issues and troubleshooting steps in CRM
  • Perform preventative maintenance and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of computer hardware including workstations, servers, and storage devices
  • Strong understanding of workstation and server OS platforms, network infrastructure, and communication protocols
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments with minimal supervision
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment
  • Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields
