Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I to provide advanced technical support for healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide self-directed support and resolution of technical issues for customers
- Document detailed information about issues and troubleshooting steps in CRM
- Perform preventative maintenance and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer hardware including workstations, servers, and storage devices
- Strong understanding of workstation and server OS platforms, network infrastructure, and communication protocols
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments with minimal supervision
- Experience working effectively in a team environment
- Degree from a Technical College/University or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant fields
