Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to application stability and service recovery
- Act as the primary technical expert for government software solutions and manage administrative access recovery
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate with internal teams to resolve system issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with government-specific software support requirements
- Proven ability to diagnose complex incidents involving web servers and identity providers
- US Citizenship (non-dual) required by government contract
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
