Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to application stability and service recovery
  • Act as the primary technical expert for government software solutions and manage administrative access recovery
  • Provide technical leadership and coordinate with internal teams to resolve system issues efficiently


Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with government-specific software support requirements
  • Proven ability to diagnose complex incidents involving web servers and identity providers
  • US Citizenship (non-dual) required by government contract
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
