Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide elevated technical support and assistance to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound support cases and phone calls within Tier 2 Support technology domains
- Meet individual goals and metrics to contribute to organizational success
- Create documentation and training materials for internal and external support
Required Qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in a Technical Support role
- Extensive prior experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Slack
- Experience with integrating and supporting calendar services like Microsoft Office O365 or Google Calendar
- Understanding of networks and firewalls, and tools required for troubleshooting
- Able to manage a high volume of cases, calls, and chats in a fast-paced environment
