Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated support tickets and troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
  • Manage support cases from initial inquiry to resolution, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction
  • Mentor and train junior Technical Support Engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve support processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Support Engineering or Software Engineering
  • Thorough knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems, preferably Headless CMS
  • Ability to work independently and engage with customers directly via video calls for troubleshooting
