Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated support tickets and troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Manage the entire support lifecycle from customer inquiry to resolution and bug reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Support Engineering or Software Engineering experience
- Thorough knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Next.js)
- Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Headless CMS
