Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated support tickets and troubleshoot complex issues independently
  • Manage the entire support lifecycle from customer inquiry to resolution and bug reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Support Engineering or Software Engineering experience
  • Thorough knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Working knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, Next.js)
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Headless CMS
