Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Remote friendly).

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, debug, and resolve client-reported issues on complex solutions
  • Document support cases with troubleshooting details and provide updates to clients
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and assist in training clients on products
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical support role
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with case management systems, preferably Salesforce
  • SQL or Oracle database experience with the ability to write queries
  • Experience supporting client-server-based applications
