Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Remote friendly).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, analyze, debug, and resolve client-reported issues on complex solutions
- Document support cases with troubleshooting details and provide updates to clients
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and assist in training clients on products
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical support role
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with case management systems, preferably Salesforce
- SQL or Oracle database experience with the ability to write queries
- Experience supporting client-server-based applications
