Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide elevated technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve inbound support cases and phone calls within Tier 2 Support technology domains
  • Meet individual goals and metrics to contribute to organizational success
  • Create documentation and training materials for internal and external support
Required Qualifications
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a Technical Support role
  • Extensive experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Slack
  • Experience integrating and supporting calendar services like Microsoft Office O365 or Google Calendar
  • Understanding of networks and firewalls, along with troubleshooting tools
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases, calls, and chats in a fast-paced environment
