Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers and support team members to resolve queries and issues
  • Become a product expert to assist in troubleshooting and identifying bugs
  • Analyze trends to improve Help & Support strategies and assist in escalating product issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of Python and web development (front-end and back-end)
  • Intermediate knowledge of databases (preferably SQL) and building queries
  • Experience with logging tools, GraphQL APIs, and JIRA
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in providing support for SaaS products
