Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers and support team members to resolve queries and issues
- Become a product expert to assist in troubleshooting and identifying bugs
- Analyze trends to improve Help & Support strategies and assist in escalating product issues
Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Python and web development (front-end and back-end)
- Intermediate knowledge of databases (preferably SQL) and building queries
- Experience with logging tools, GraphQL APIs, and JIRA
- 1 - 2 years of experience in providing support for SaaS products
