Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients by resolving data-related questions and issues across software platforms
  • Perform data sanitization, verification, import, and export functions
  • Create, execute, and modify SQL scripts for data integration and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets functionality
  • Experience with content management systems and APIs preferred
  • Prior customer service or technical support experience (2-5 years) preferred
  • Ability to cover evening and weekend hours as required
