Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients by resolving data-related questions and issues across software platforms
- Perform data sanitization, verification, import, and export functions
- Create, execute, and modify SQL scripts for data integration and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets functionality
- Experience with content management systems and APIs preferred
- Prior customer service or technical support experience (2-5 years) preferred
- Ability to cover evening and weekend hours as required
