Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enterprise-level assistance to customers by diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
- Research and identify solutions to technical issues, ensuring problems are resolved through to resolution
- Track and document system issues, providing prompt feedback and follow-up with clients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Up to 3 years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
