Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will bridge customers and internal engineering teams while diagnosing complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical owner for complex customer issues and escalations
- Monitor and triage production alerts, coordinating incident response across teams
- Diagnose issues using logs and SQL queries, and contribute to operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Production Support, or similar roles
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
- Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and root cause analysis
- Experience partnering with Engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced production environments with time-sensitive issues
