Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will bridge customers and internal engineering teams while diagnosing complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for complex customer issues and escalations
  • Monitor and triage production alerts, coordinating incident response across teams
  • Diagnose issues using logs and SQL queries, and contribute to operational improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Production Support, or similar roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and root cause analysis
  • Experience partnering with Engineering teams for issue escalation and resolution
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced production environments with time-sensitive issues
