Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Client Support Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for external customers using the claims management platform
  • Monitor and respond to new requests and incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA requirements
  • Manage communications with customers and internal teams to drive incidents and requests to resolution


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical support-related experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with API troubleshooting is a plus
  • Familiarity with programming languages (especially Ruby, Python, or PHP) is a plus
  • Experience using Zendesk or Jira is a plus
