Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Client Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for external customers using the claims management platform
- Monitor and respond to new requests and incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA requirements
- Manage communications with customers and internal teams to drive incidents and requests to resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support-related experience
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with API troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with programming languages (especially Ruby, Python, or PHP) is a plus
- Experience using Zendesk or Jira is a plus
