Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated customer issues, providing technical support and working towards issue resolution
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to analyze product behavior and identify issues
- Assist in developing and maintaining services, including custom solutions and automation scripts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, software development, or related role
- Proficiency in Python programming and Linux administration
- Experience with relational and graph databases, specifically Postgres and Neo4J
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker
