Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated customer issues, providing technical support and working towards issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to analyze product behavior and identify issues
  • Assist in developing and maintaining services, including custom solutions and automation scripts
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, software development, or related role
  • Proficiency in Python programming and Linux administration
  • Experience with relational and graph databases, specifically Postgres and Neo4J
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies like Docker
