Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent customer service in a dynamic and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently triage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets while managing customer communications
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of new customers and provide technical training on products
  • Document and escalate bug reports to the engineering team while prioritizing recurring issues for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of tier 2 and 3 support experience with Microsoft systems infrastructure
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise network environments and Microsoft tools
  • 2+ years of experience using command line tools and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI)
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows OS and Server platforms
  • Proficiency in ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
