Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for its products and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance for complex issues
  • Act as a first responder to platform-level alerts, performing advanced troubleshooting and escalation
  • Lead complex incident analysis and coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform-level problems
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise technical support or a similar advanced support role (3+ years)
  • Strong experience working with Linux systems and command-line tools for troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of troubleshooting methodologies for complex technical issues
  • Experience with enterprise networking concepts to diagnose platform-level issues
  • Experience supporting enterprise customer environments in a cloud-based context
