Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for customers throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as level three technical support, troubleshooting complex customer issues and identifying root causes
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution
  • Continuously improve troubleshooting workflows using new tools and technologies
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with REST APIs and intermediate SQL knowledge
  • 3+ years of advanced experience troubleshooting technical problems in an Enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or Bash is a plus
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for debugging and troubleshooting workflows
