Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for customers throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as level three technical support, troubleshooting complex customer issues and identifying root causes
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution
- Continuously improve troubleshooting workflows using new tools and technologies
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with REST APIs and intermediate SQL knowledge
- 3+ years of advanced experience troubleshooting technical problems in an Enterprise SaaS environment
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or Bash is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI tools for debugging and troubleshooting workflows
