Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support for software, OS, and network issues related to digital media players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first response and technical support for issue resolution via email and remote sessions
  • Identify client issues through fact-finding questions and isolate potential root causes
  • Document all customer interactions and escalate cases requiring advanced technical skills
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Cisco Digital Media suite, Chrome OS, and digital media devices
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 or Linux environments
  • Working knowledge of databases such as SQL or MySQL
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and proxies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent/related work experience (1-3 years)
