Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide support for their IRIS Image Capture platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to live customers via email, phone, and meetings as required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to streamline support processes for customers
Qualifications
  • Excellent academic background in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2-5 years of Software Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of SaaS experience
  • Experience with customer support
  • Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems is a plus
