Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide support for their IRIS Image Capture platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to live customers via email, phone, and meetings as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to streamline support processes for customers
Qualifications
- Excellent academic background in Computer Science or a related field
- 2-5 years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+ years of SaaS experience
- Experience with customer support
- Experience with Dental Practice Management Systems and Imaging Systems is a plus
