Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Hyper-converged computing clusters for end-users, customers, and partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Participate in the on-call rotation and collaborate with the Services team for scheduled tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Infrastructure support
- Basic Linux command line skills and understanding of networking fundamentals
- Basic hardware knowledge and experience using a ticketing system
- Ability to document findings clearly and escalate issues appropriately
- Proficient in organization and project management
