Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for Hyper-converged computing clusters for end-users, customers, and partners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and collaborate with the Services team for scheduled tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Infrastructure support
  • Basic Linux command line skills and understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Basic hardware knowledge and experience using a ticketing system
  • Ability to document findings clearly and escalate issues appropriately
  • Proficient in organization and project management
