Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I to provide advanced technical support for healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide self-directed support and resolution for technical issues within the installed base
- Document detailed information about issues and troubleshooting steps in the CRM
- Perform preventative maintenance activities and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, including workstations and servers
- Strong proficiency with workstation and server operating systems
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols
- 1-3 years of experience with medical information systems such as RIS, PACS, or EMR platforms preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
