Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer I to provide advanced technical support for healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide self-directed support and resolution for technical issues within the installed base
  • Document detailed information about issues and troubleshooting steps in the CRM
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities and remote software upgrades to ensure system stability
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, including workstations and servers
  • Strong proficiency with workstation and server operating systems
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and communication protocols
  • 1-3 years of experience with medical information systems such as RIS, PACS, or EMR platforms preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
