Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II to provide dedicated support to specific clients and collaborate with a global team to resolve software issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and provide technical guidance for software upgrades
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and develop new processes for issue resolution
  • Monitor production systems and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software applications in a technical role
  • Intermediate proficiency with MSSQL and experience with application architecture troubleshooting
  • Experience with .NET or Java/J2EE applications and application servers
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience
