Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer II to provide dedicated support to specific clients and collaborate with a global team to resolve software issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and provide technical guidance for software upgrades
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and develop new processes for issue resolution

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise software applications in a technical role

- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience
