Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become technically proficient in the company's suite of products
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and manage incoming support cases
  • Participate in the software development lifecycle by diagnosing and reporting issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical role
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows (7-11) and OSX (Sierra-Big Sur)
  • Familiarity with Office 2010-365 and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android)
  • Knowledge of command line/terminal, Windows registry, and Active Directory
