Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Become technically proficient in the company's suite of products
- Troubleshoot technical problems and manage incoming support cases
- Participate in the software development lifecycle by diagnosing and reporting issues
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or IT-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a technical role
- Experience troubleshooting Windows (7-11) and OSX (Sierra-Big Sur)
- Familiarity with Office 2010-365 and mobile operating systems (iOS/Android)
- Knowledge of command line/terminal, Windows registry, and Active Directory
