Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer - West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming technical queries via IM and email
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to API integrations, systems issues, and multi-product workflows
  • Document steps to connect to new tools and build, troubleshoot, and modify workflows during remote sessions with customers
Required Qualifications
  • Two years plus of technical support experience in automation or a related field
  • Experience troubleshooting in a web-based environment, including HTTP, SSL, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with at least one modern programming language, such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
  • Experience with APIs and interpreting API documentation
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
